Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

• Standard shipping is $6.95 flat and FREE on orders over $150. Our free shipping threshold is subject to change without notice.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship out your order. *There are exceptions to this when demand is extremely high!
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Broward County, FL.
• Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays brought about by 3rd party carriers USPS or UPS after packages have left our warehouse.
• We offer flat rate 2-day and overnight shipping. 
• International buyers: we offer a flat-rate option. Orders over $300 may require signature upon delivery.

Please note - The Born To Glam Team works very hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. 

• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 
• While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Born To Glam cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery. 
• We will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process.  Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.
