Return Policy – Please Read Carefully
At Born To Glam, we believe life is too short for boring jewelry, clothing, and accessories ✨. We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out—we’ve got you covered! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (conditions apply).
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free from odors, makeup, pet hair, or stains
- In original packaging with tags attached. (*Our policy on this is very strict. If not returned in original packaging, AND condition, your return may be denied or only eligible for store credit*)
If items are returned in less-than-perfect condition, we may deny the refund or issue store credit only.
How Returns Work
We partner with REDO to make returns and exchanges simple and self-serve.

✔️ Ship your package back — no approvals needed
- If you purchased REDO Return Insurance at checkout → your return labels are FREE.
- If you didn’t → you’ll purchase a return label directly in the REDO portal.
- If we create the label for you → a flat $6.95 fee applies (this covers the label, not a restocking fee).
Timing:
- Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- To stay on track, begin your REDO return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns initiated in REDO after 7 days of delivery or received back to us after 14 days will be rejected.
You can return any regularly-priced non-preorder clothing item for exchange, store credit, or refund. For a refund you must initiate your return in REDO within 7 days of delivery and we must receive it back within 14 days of delivery. Any returns created in REDO after 7 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any returns initiated or received outside of this window will be rejected. Below you’ll find all the details to make your return smooth and easy.
Return Shipping Options
- USPS → Hand it to your mail carrier or place it in your outgoing mail. No extra fee.
- FedEx / UPS → Drop off at a FedEx/UPS location of completing your request.
- If you choose home pickup, FedEx/UPS charges an additional fee (usually ~$10). This fee is billed by the carrier and is non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased at a discount to regular price or via any sale collection, discount, or promotion other than with the WELCOME15 first time buyer promo code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Types of Returns & Exchanges
We offer 3 flexible options:
- Exchange (for different sizes or different items)
- Return for Store Credit – receive your store credit faster, as soon as your package is accepted for the return journey
- Return for Refund – funds back to your original payment method
How to Start a Return
- On the Website: Click the “Start a Return” link at the top left of the page.
- In the Mobile App: Go to your Account tab → select “Start a Return.”
Exchanges
- Different Size: Choose Variant Exchange in REDO and select your new size. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your replacement in 1–2 business days.
- Same Size (Quality/Damage Issue): Choose Same Item Exchange in REDO and note the issue. After inspection, we’ll send your replacement in 1–2 business days.
- Different item: Choose New Item Exchange in REDO and note the issue. After inspection, we’ll send your replacement in 1–2 business days.
Store Credit
- Choose Refund, Store Credit, or Other Exchange → select Store Credit.
- Your credit is issued as soon as the carrier scans your package label. No waiting for us to receive it!
Refunds
- Choose Refund, Store Credit, or Other Exchange → select Refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Your bank may take 1–3 business days to post the funds.
Damages, Missing Shipments & Insurance Claims
- Inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect—contact us right away.
- If you purchased SEEL shipping insurance at checkout:
- File your claim directly with SEEL within 7 days of delivery HERE.
- They handle reimbursements quickly and efficiently.
